Boats shouldn't be replaced over a floor.

NuDeck started on a trailer in a driveway in Osage Beach, Missouri. Our founder was helping his father-in-law list a 2006 pontoon — a boat with a healthy engine, a solid hull, and twenty years of family summers in it. The dealer's trade-in offer came in insultingly low for one reason: the carpet was shot.

That felt backwards. The boat wasn't tired. The floor was. So we pulled the carpet, scanned the deck, cut a foam floor to fit it exactly, and watched a "sell it" boat turn back into a "let's-go-Saturday" boat for a couple thousand dollars.

Neighbors asked. Then the marina asked. Then people from Jeff City and Columbia asked. Today NuDeck runs CNC lines on Bagnell Dam Blvd and install crews across Missouri, and the mission hasn't moved an inch: make the boat you already own feel brand new again.

Same boat. New life. That's the whole idea.
